At BC Strings Lacrosse, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom lacrosse products. Because many of our items are made-to-order and customized to your exact specifications, we’ve developed the following return and refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness.
🔁 All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products—including custom-strung lacrosse heads and stringing kits—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect stringing or color selections made by the customer

Preference-related issues once an order has been submitted and fulfilled
Please double-check your order details, including colors, mesh types, and shipping address, before placing your order.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will do everything we can to make it right. To be eligible for a replacement or partial refund:

Clear photos of the damage/defect and packaging

Once reviewed, we will respond with the next steps. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer:

🚚 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

Delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.)

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us with your issue, and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
