BC Strings Lacrosse specializes in custom-strung lacrosse heads, stringing kits, accessories, and related services. All products are handmade or custom-crafted to order unless otherwise stated.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at bcstringslax@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Product Descriptions and Customization

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, including material, color, style, and customization options. Due to the handmade nature of our items:

  • Slight variations in color or stringing may occur.

  • Customizations are final once submitted. Please double-check all spelling, color choices, and details before placing your order.
